My name is Mehele Mensah, my passion of helping senior started when I was 10 years old and left my mom to take care of my grandma. Ever since then, I developed a compassion of helping elderly. Culturally, respect for age and for elderly is crucial because they have a wealth of knowledge about all aspect of life. I helped several elderlies of my own family till my first job at nursing home. My first client who was 82 years, loved call me Meme every time she sees me.
My love of helping the senior change who I am. My main goal is to reduce suffering and help with the overall well-being of a loved one. One way to do this is by enhancing their environment to be more calming and relaxing. That passion prompted me to pursuit a health education.
